Exercise Log #2

today i intended to go swimming, but my workout partner was sick and wasn’t feelng up to a swim, so i spent 25 mins on the bike alternating between resistance 2 and 4 every 2 minutes, and 20 mins on the treadmill alternating between no incline and speed 7 and an incline of 6 and a speed of 3-3.5 every 5 mins. During the running from tme to time i did have to lower the speed to catch my breat, but for the most part i felt really good after the workout.

Start time 6:35 End time 7:20 Time spent 45 mins

Exercise log #1

today was a good morning. it felt really good to swim again. In the 40 minute workout, i swam about 1000 yrds. I swam a 250 warm up, 10 x 25 sprint with 30 rest, and 5 x 100 with 1 min rest and a short cool down. I was kinda impressed, my 100 times ranged from 1:30-1:45, which is not too bad for not regularly swimming for the past year.
