Exercise Log #2
today i intended to go swimming, but my workout partner was sick and wasn’t feelng up to a swim, so i spent 25 mins on the bike alternating between resistance 2 and 4 every 2 minutes, and 20 mins on the treadmill alternating between no incline and speed 7 and an incline of 6 and a speed of 3-3.5 every 5 mins. During the running from tme to time i did have to lower the speed to catch my breat, but for the most part i felt really good after the workout.
